These are the current governing documents of the HOA. The By Laws were amended in Nov 2018. The Covenants & Restrictions and the Amended Declaration are the original documents from Feb 1989. Changes to those documents require approval by 51% of the current owner for the Covenants & Restrictions, and 75% approval for the Amended Declaration.

Our governing documents, the Covenants & Restrictions and the Amended Declaration, are in dire need of updating. They were penned in 1989 and contain several provisions that may no longer be relevant, confusing, or unclear. Amending these documents requires approval by 51% (C&R's) and 75% (Amended Declaration) of property owners. The buttons below provide access to proposed updates as a starting point.
